Job Description

Position summary

Due to continued growth HHM CPA’s has great demand for accredited business valuation professionals experienced in preparing valuation reports. Experience as an expert related to litigation support is preferred. Highly desire individuals who are passionate about valuation work. These individuals will be responsible for completing entire valuation projects, beginning with a letter of engagement to completed written reports. Some travel may be required. Candidates should have strong analytical and report writing skills and be highly proficient using Microsoft Excel and Word.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•Primary responsibility for completion of quality valuation projects

•Assist in litigation support engagements

•Assist in due diligence engagements

•Coordinate and review work to ensure engagement is prepared timely and with a high level of quality

Looking at the big picture

•Strong financial analysis skills

•Advanced Excel skills

•Ability to communicate process and results of analyses effectively in writing

•Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and orally, with clients, attorneys and co-workers

•Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects

 

One of the following designations is required: ASA, ABV,CVA, AVA, or CBA. Expert witness testimony for litigation is preferred. CPA a plus
