Cindy MacAulay joined HHM as a Partner in the firm’s Memphis office in 2024, bringing with her nearly 30 years of experience in forensic accounting and valuation services. In her role, Cindy will expand HHM's advisory services, focusing on forensic accounting and valuation. Her expertise will help clients navigate complex financial challenges, providing tailored insights and solutions that support their strategic objectives. Cindy’s leadership and vast knowledge in these areas will be instrumental in further strengthening HHM’s capabilities in delivering high-value advisory services. Prior to joining HHM, Cindy held significant roles at a national CPA firm, where she served as Managing Director in both Charleston, SC, and Memphis, TN. Her career has been marked by her extensive work in forensic accounting and valuation, particularly in high-profile cases where she has provided expert testimony and depositions, offering invaluable insights to clients.
Cindy’s professional credentials are highly distinguished. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF), and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). She is licensed in both Tennessee and South Carolina and is a member of several prestigious professional organizations, including the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Cindy is also actively engaged in the community and holds leadership roles in various organizations. She serves as President of the Memphis Collaborative Alliance, Treasurer for the Veteran Golfers Association, and Treasurer for Memphis Area Legal Services (MALS). Her contributions to the community have been recognized with the 2020 Memphis Bar Association President’s Award.
Cindy graduated from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
