Conner Bell serves as maintenance supervisor for HHM's Chattanooga location. His focus is on maintenance operations and facilities readiness. He brings years of experience in the hospitality industry and property maintenance. Before coming to HHM, Conner worked in hotels across Chattanooga. He started as a front desk agent and worked his way up to General Manager of a 3-star Marriott brand hotel. During his time as GM, he oversaw many changes to the hotel industry and helped his team navigate those changes, including the COVID-19 pandemic. Conner also co-founded and operated a residential maintenance company that specialized in preservation work for financial institutions across the tri-state area. He managed several teams that provided reliable, field level maintenance and security for bank-owned properties. In his free time, Conner enjoys spending time with his four kids, woodworking, and watching college football.
