Erin joined HHM Talent in 2026 as a Senior Recruiter, bringing eight years of experience in talent acquisition, executive search, and client relationship management. She specializes in full-cycle recruiting, strategic sourcing, and helping organizations connect with skilled professionals across accounting, finance, executive leadership, legal, sales, marketing, operations, administration, and human resources. Prior to joining HHM Talent, Erin served as a Senior Recruiter and Program Manager at a regional law firm. She also gained experience recruiting for a global e-commerce company and national talent firms, focusing on technical recruiting, process improvement, and strategic talent solutions. Erin earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Relations with a concentration in Business Administration from the University of Florida and holds a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Florida Atlantic University. Outside of work, she enjoys building relationships in the community, spending time with family and friends, and exploring everything Chattanooga has to offer.
