Jacarre Stanfield joined HHM as a staff accountant in 2023, following an internship with the firm throughout all of 2022. With a positive mindset and a strong commitment to helping those around him, Jacarre excels in meeting the diverse needs of clients and delivering exceptional results. In his role as a Staff Accountant, Jacarre's everyday responsibilities revolve around preparing tax returns for both individuals and various businesses. What sets Jacarre apart in his role is his positive mindset and adaptability. He approaches each client with a willingness to learn and constantly seeks to expand his knowledge to better serve their needs. His ability to think critically and stay abreast of the latest tax developments allows him to provide valuable insights and strategies to clients. For Jacarre, success is not only about meeting personal needs but also about making a difference in the lives of others. He aspires to be in a position where he can contribute to the growth and development of others, creating a positive and empowering environment. Jacarre plays an active role in the Memphis’ office’s recruiting committee, and you’ll often see him at various events on campus meeting students and representing the firm, as well as the profession. Prior to joining HHM, Jacarre gained valuable experience as a Training Director at Chick-fil-A, where he developed skills in meeting the complex needs of employees and effectively transferring knowledge to foster growth. This experience instilled in him adaptability, critical thinking, and a commitment to exceeding client expectations and has shaped him into be an integral mentor as he trains new staff after they join HHM. Outside of work, Jacarre enjoys listening to music, exploring Memphis with friends, and engaging in strength training. He is an avid sports fan, and a passionate supporter of the LA Lakers and Dallas Cowboys.
