Jada Pham joined HHM CPAs in 2024 as a staff accountant, where she manages individual, business, and property tax returns. She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and completed an internship with HHM during the previous tax season. Her strong work ethic and teamwork skills enhance her effectiveness in this role. Jada defines success as reaching goals aligned with personal values. Before joining HHM, Jada worked as a front desk manager at Seven Nail Spa and Zen Nail Spa, handling guest experiences, payroll, and scheduling. Originally from Lexington, Kentucky, she moved to Cleveland in third grade and has lived in Chattanooga for about four years. Jada’s family owns Zen Nail Spa and is originally from Vietnam. Her mother, a successful immigrant entrepreneur, is a significant inspiration to her.
