As the firm administrator, Jessi Blackwell oversees controllership functions and performs full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping functions for HHM and its affiliate companies. She serves as the primary liaison between partners and staff to improve overall success of the firms. Prior to joining HHM, Jessi worked in the banking industry for several years before making the switch to accounting. Most recently, Jessi was the accounting manager at a local location of the largest privately held long-term elderly care company in the United States. Jessi spends most weekends sitting on the sidelines of various soccer fields cheering on her son alongside her husband and daughter.
