Jessica Hetzler brings over 25 years of accounting experience to her role as a senior manager in HHM CPAs’ tax department. Since joining the firm in 1998, she has developed a strong reputation for delivering tailored tax planning, compliance, and advisory services to small and mid-sized businesses across a variety of industries. In addition to preparing complex returns and providing strategic guidance, Jessica often steps in with controller-level support to help clients strengthen their internal processes and financial reporting. Her ability to build long-term relationships has made her a trusted advisor to many business owners, often serving as an ongoing member of their leadership team. Jessica is known for staying ahead of the curve when it comes to accounting technology. As a Certified Consultant for Sage 50 and Sage 100, she supports clients using these tools to increase efficiency and improve data accuracy. She is also an Enrolled Agent (EA), authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and an MBA from Western Governors University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two sons, reading, and relaxing with a good TV series.
