Joe joined the team at the end of 2022 to help lead HHM's recruiting efforts. He got a degree from Cal State Long Beach in Film. From there he worked as a sales development rep for two enterprise companies, then transitioned into staffing. He started staffing for technical roles, then moved into pharmaceutical recruiting, and now has found a home here at HHM. His family moved from California in June 2021 and had their first child in May 2022. When his wife is not teach at UTC they enjoy playing chess, reading, and networking.
