Joe Arrigo joined HHM CPAs at the end of 2022 to help lead the firm’s recruiting efforts. In 2024, he was selected to lead HHM Talent supporting both internal hiring and helping clients meet their own talent needs. Joe began his career in sales in 2012, and in 2017 transitioned into recruiting at a global talent agency. He has recruited across multiple industries—including IT, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing—before bringing his expertise to the accounting profession. Joe lives in Hixson, TN with his wife and two sons. Outside of work, he enjoys running, reading, and playing chess. He is also a published author of two books—one focused on recruiting and another exploring personality types.
