As the managing partner of HHM’s Memphis office, Jon Paul Davis provides business owners with the knowledge and foresight they need to navigate complex financial decisions. He stays up-to-date on the ever changing tax law to provide specialized tax planning for complex business organizations and their owners. He believes in building long-term relationships so that he can better anticipate his client’s needs. Also serving as the lead partner of Advisory Services, he guides companies through business planning, including strategic growth decisions, forecasts and financial modeling. Jon Paul assists clients with all stages of mergers and acquisitions from planning, to implementation, to the evaluation of tax consequences. Jon Paul also leads HHM’s business valuation and litigation support niche. He provides business valuation and litigation support services to businesses and attorneys across the country. He has served on teams representing both buy and sell sides of transactions, as well as valuations for financial reporting and intangible asset impairment. Jon Paul is responsible for training and mentoring new staff.
