Joseph Burd joined HHM CPAs full-time in 2022 after completing two tax seasons as an intern. As a staff accountant, Joseph prepares tax returns, completes audit fieldwork, prepares financial statements and helps clients with the Employee Retention Credit. Prior to HHM, he interned with a fortune 500 company in their Accounting Center of Excellence. Joseph grew up in Westland, Michigan, and moved to Chattanooga when he began college at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Outside of the office, Joseph enjoys going to the gym, taking walks with his wife, playing sand volleyball and volunteering at his church.
