Kimberly Linebarger joined HHM CPAs in 2025, bringing with her nearly two decades of experience in valuation and advisory services. In her role, she leads complex business valuation engagements and provides strategic consulting services across a range of industries, with a particular emphasis on the automotive and dealership sectors. Kim assists clients with valuations for a variety of purposes, including estate and gift tax planning, litigation support, shareholder disputes, and mergers and acquisitions. She also frequently serves as an expert witness in legal proceedings and is a published author and speaker on valuation topics.
Prior to joining HHM, Kimberly spent eight years at nationally recognized valuation firm, Shannon Pratt Valuations, and nine years at a Top 15 accounting and consulting firm, where she developed and led valuation projects for closely held businesses across the country. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Portland State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the AICPA, a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in Business Valuation from the American Society of Appraisers, and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
Kim is actively involved in professional organizations including the AICPA, NACVA, American Society of Appraisers, CFA Institute, and the Estate Planning Council of Portland. In her free time, Kim enjoys traveling, exploring the Pacific Northwest, and volunteering with organizations that support financial literacy and women in business.
