Mary Scott joined HHM CPAs as a staff accountant in 2026. In her role, Mary prepares business and individual tax returns. Prior to joining the HHM full time, Mary gained experience as an intern at the firm and as a lead analyst at the SMILE Fund at UTC. Mary holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where she was also a Brock Scholar in the Honors College. She enjoys building relationships with clients and taking the time to understand the people and businesses behind the numbers. Outside of work, Mary enjoys playing Ultimate Frisbee and tennis, skydiving, spending time outdoors, and gathering around a campfire with friends and family. She has lived in the Chattanooga area her entire life and loves call it home.
