She specializes in tax planning and compliance for a variety of industries including real estate, insurance, private equity, and investment partnerships, helping organizations navigate regulatory requirements and optimize tax strategies. With more than 15 years of experience, Melissa previously held leadership roles at three top 10 CPA firms, where she led large-scale tax engagements, M&A tax diligence, and multi-entity compliance projects. Melissa holds a Master of Science in Taxation and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She is actively involved in professional and community organizations and is passionate about mentoring and developing future accounting professionals.
