Micalah Gregory serves as a Client Concierge at HHM CPAs, where she is responsible for assisting with new client set-ups, managing engagement letters, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Micalah’s role requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, which allow her to effectively support clients throughout their experience with the firm and maintain positive, lasting relationships. Prior to joining HHM CPAs, Micalah worked for five years in e-commerce and website design, where she developed a passion for client interaction. Her ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying client-focused makes her a valuable asset to the team. Micalah holds a Health Science degree with a minor in Psychology from Lee University. She defines success not by financial achievements or status, but by the friendships she builds, quoting the iconic line from It’s a Wonderful Life: “No man is a failure who has friends.” Outside of work, Micalah enjoys long-distance road and trail running, spending time outdoors with her chocolate lab, and lots of time with her young nephew. Micalah is also proud of her volunteer work at the Boys & Girls Club.
