Parker has four years of experience in Audit & Assurance practice, serving clients in a wide variety of industries and sectors; primarily healthcare, manufacturing, and logistics. He has worked on both large and small public and private clients, primarily audits but also including advisory projects. He has executed all phases of the audit for multiple clients. Phases include planning and risk assessment, engagement economics, variance analysis, valuation, writing memos to detail the audit approach, control testing and substantive testing. Parker has extensive experience with financial reporting processes, internal controls, process flow documentation, close process, SEC Reporting, and preparation of financial statements. His technical accounting experience includes not-for-profit healthcare accounting, accounting for spin-off transactions, revenue recognition, initial SOX 404 compliance, building complex cash flow analyses as well as analyzing market transaction data, in addition to other areas. He has led and managed numerous engagement teams, mentoring staff, leading stakeholder meetings, and builds strong relationships with clients.
