Shanda Taylor has nearly two decades of dealership services experience. She joined HHM in 2017 as a Dealership Specialist and assists the department in everything from month-end procedures to dealership controller support. Shanda finds enjoyment in establishing policies and procedures, as well as adapting old policies to achieve optimal results. Originally from Northwestern Indiana, she previously worked in multi-dealership franchises where she was active in dealership accounting as well as overall planning and budgeting. She also has a wealth of experience in assisting new dealerships in developing their business plans and in streamlining their daily operations. On the weekends, you can find Shanda cruising on her motorcycle with her husband, taking care of her two rescue dogs, or reading. An outdoor sport lover, Shanda also enjoys yoga, bicycle riding, snowboarding and dirt biking.
