Sidney Lapinski joined HHM CPAs as an HR generalist in 2026, bringing five years of human resources experience, including three years as an HR supervisor supporting more than 500 employees. Her background includes employee relations, payroll and benefits administration, onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. She works to support employees, address questions, and maintain efficient HR processes. Sidney earned a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Outside of work, Sidney enjoys spending time with friends, family, and dog. She also likes getting outdoors and finding time to relax.
