Thuraya Abdallah is a staff accountant in HHM’s Memphis office. She focuses on tax preparation and tax planning, as well as preparing analyses and schedules in support of advisory and litigation engagements. Thuraya joined the firm after completing a year-long internship with HHM, where she gained hands-on experience across a variety of accounting services. Prior to joining HHM, Thuraya spent more than three years working as a medical assistant in a clinic, developing a strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information. She defines success as continuous growth through personal development and goal achievement. Thuraya earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Memphis. Born and raised in Memphis, she also spent four years living in Los Angeles. She speaks Arabic fluently and enjoys cooking and baking new recipes, painting and crafting, staying active, and learning about fitness and nutrition. Outside of work, Thuraya values time spent with her close friends and large extended family.
