Travis Phillips brings 10 years of accounting experience to HHM. His primary focus is helping clients achieve their goals. As a manager, he builds client relationships, oversees staff schedules, prepares and reviews tax returns, prepares tax projections, performs financial reviews, and compilations. His consistent, committed work ethic serves clients in various industries including construction, real estate, manufacturing, transportation and franchises.
Travis enjoys building relationships with clients, referral sources, and colleagues alike, he is heavily involved in managing and mentoring new staff and he is responsible for new hire project assignments. In doing so, he exposes new staff to various jobs to help develop and broaden their skills.
Prior to joining HHM in 2015, Travis developed a variety of technical skills. He brings to the table six years of public accounting experience and four years of industry experience. He relocated to Tennessee in 2009 after living in the Florida Panhandle for his early life. A highly-motivated individual, he completed an MBA from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga while raising a young family and working full-time.
In his free time, Travis enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, playing sports and enjoying the outdoors through activities from gardening to fishing.
