As a partner in HHM’s dealership services and tax departments, Will Clegg provides small to medium size business owners and managers the guidance they need to manage complex tax and strategic planning decisions. With a family background in construction, Will also assists with real estate and construction projects as needed. For all clients, Will is instrumental in assisting with any strategic business transactions and with securing financing. Additionally, Will applies his extensive tax planning experience with individual clients, assisting business owners and high net worth individuals. Some of these services include year-end tax planning, succession planning, and estate and trust consulting. Will is heavily involved in the firm’s marketing efforts, applying his strong work ethic to reaching others that need assistance with their accounting and consulting needs. When Will isn’t working or volunteering, he spends most of his time on the golf course. Come football season, Will remains a diehard Vols fan and never misses a game.
