HHM CPAs Welcomes Stephanie Smart as Senior Manager

HHM CPAs, a full-service CPA and consulting firm with locations throughout the Southeast, is pleased to announce the addition of Stephanie Smart, CPA, as Senior Tax Manager in the firm’s growing Pensacola office. 

Smart brings more than 15 years of experience providing tax planning, compliance, and advisory services to businesses and individuals across a variety of industries. In her new role, she will focus on building client relationships, developing strategic tax solutions, overseeing tax engagements, and mentoring the firm’s next generation of professionals.

Prior to joining HHM CPAs, Smart served in tax leadership roles at a top 10 CPA firm, where she specialized in federal and state tax compliance, business and individual tax planning, technical tax research, and team development. Her experience helping clients navigate complex tax matters aligns with HHM’s commitment to providing proactive solutions and trusted guidance. 

Smart earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Viterbo University and her MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Florida, Arizona, Minnesota, and Ohio and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. 

Her addition comes during a period of significant growth for HHM CPAs in the Pensacola region. Since expanding into the market, the firm has continued to invest in its people, clients, and the local business community. As part of that commitment, HHM CPAs will move into its new office building on Garden Street in downtown Pensacola in 2027, creating a permanent home designed to support continued growth and collaboration.
