HHM CPAs Welcomes Tax Director and Additional Hires

HHM Certified Public Accountants, a full-service CPA and consulting firm with locations in Chattanooga, Cleveland, and Memphis, Tennessee, welcomes Karen Clement as a tax director in its Chattanooga office along with two senior accountants, a supervisor, a staff accountant, and a processing supervisor to accommodate recent growth.

Karen Clement, CPA, brings over 20 years of tax experience to the firm. Based in Chattanooga, she will provide tax and compliance services to clients in a variety of industries including manufacturing and distribution, retail, professional service organizations, and high net worth individuals. Karen is a graduate of the University of West Georgia and is a member of the The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of CPAs.

“We are thrilled to welcome Karen to our tax leadership team,” said Donnie Hutcherson, managing partner of HHM CPAs. “Her level of experience and knowledge will greatly benefit our clients.”

Parker Rutherford, CPA, joins the firm’s dealership services group as a supervisor in the Memphis office. With four years of experience at a Big 4 CPA firm, Parker will assist with tax planning and merger and acquisition advisory for a variety of clients in the dealership realm. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Masters of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi.

Joining the firm as senior accountants in the Memphis office are Jalisia Slater, CPA, and Brittany Woods. Madison Dispensia joins the Cleveland office as a staff accountant and Regan Pettway joins the Chattanooga office as staff accountant. Lori Krekeler joins the Chattanooga office as a processing supervisor and Patrice Twagirayezu joins as IT systems administrator.
