Ashlyn Henderson joined HHM Talent in 2024 as a recruiter, bringing a strong background in finance and an understanding of dealerships to the role. Ashlyn defines success as a combination of personal growth, team achievement, and continuous learning. She believes that success isn't just about results but also about improving and advancing through analyzing mistakes and turning them into opportunities. Before joining HHM, Ashlyn graduated with a degree in Finance from Middle Tennessee State University in 2021. She began her career at a large banking and financing company as a field auditor for nearly two years before transitioning to work at a dealership as an accounting clerk where she managed accounts for three stores in Chattanooga. This position gave her an insider’s perspective of the inner workings of an auto dealership. Having lived in Chattanooga for three years, Ashlyn spends her weekends indulging in her passion for thrifting, which has filled her home with unique, second-hand treasures. She also enjoys yoga, bicycling, and working on puzzles in her free time.
