Beverly Edge is a partner at HHM CPAs and also serves as HHM’s Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel. In her role, she oversees all administrative and operational functions of the firm. As the firm continues to grow and expand to new markets, she is instrumental in all processes from setting up procedures to hiring new employees. A practicing attorney for over 20 years, Beverly arrived to HHM equipped with the skills to evaluate the firm’s processes, improve the overall client experience, and drive firm growth. Prior to her role as COO, she was a member at a local law firm where she handled mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, aircraft transactions, and general representation of closely held businesses. Beverly holds degrees from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration: Accounting, and from the University of Georgia with a Juris Doctor. She is a member of the Chattanooga Women’s Leadership Institute, Chattanooga Tax Practitioners, Southeast Tennessee Lawyers Association of Women, the National Association of Dealer Counsel, and several bar associations. On the weekends, Beverly enjoys spending time outside and watching her sons play basketball and baseball.
