Beverly Edge is a partner at HHM CPAs and also serves as HHM’s Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel. In her role, she oversees all operations and legal matters for the firm as well as serving in a leadership role for its related companies. As the firm continues to grow and expand into new markets, she is responsible for mergers, integration of acquisitions, and real estate projects. Beverly’s prior legal experience equipped her with the skills needed to oversee the firm’s growth as it moved into the top 100 largest CPA firms in the nation. Prior to her role as COO, she was a member at a local law firm where she handled mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, aircraft transactions, and general representation of closely held businesses. Beverly holds degrees from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration: Accounting, and from the University of Georgia with a Juris Doctor. Beverly is deeply committed to her community and takes great pride in giving back. She is an active member of the Rotary Club of Chattanooga and the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce President’s Club, for which she also serves as a board member. Additionally, Beverly serves as President of the UTC College of Business Dean’s Advisory Council, is the Chair of the United Way Tocqueville Society Campaign Committee, and is a member of the National Association of Dealer Counsel. She was also a member of the American Heart Association Heart Ball Executive Leadership Team (Cor Vitae Society) from 2021 to 2023.
