Erica Smith has over 25 years of public accounting experience. She manages audits, reviews, compilations and other attest and non-attest engagements for employee benefit plans, governmental, nonprofit, and for-profit entities. Additionally, she is charged with the development and training of audit staff. Erica has centered her career on building long-term relationships with clients. She strives to provide personal attention and high-quality client service. Her planning and organizational skills allow her to manage multiple engagements to successful and efficient completion. Before joining HHM, Erica gained a comprehensive accounting and auditing background working for a local public accounting firm in Arkansas and serving as an outsourced controller for clients in the manufacturing and healthcare industries. Outside of work, Erica enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Some of her favorite pastimes are visiting local restaurants to try different cuisines and attending Grizzlies and Red Birds games.
