Greg Ritter is a highly experienced auditor with almost 30 years of accounting and auditing expertise both in the public and private sectors. Throughout his career, he has set himself apart by maintaining exceptional skills in managing client relationships, mentoring and developing team members, and preparing, analyzing, and presenting financial reports. Greg's diverse background includes handling functions such as treasury and cash forecasting, budgeting, general ledger management, internal controls/SOX, internal auditing and compliance, and solving complex accounting issues. Beyond his technical abilities, Greg excels in soft skills essential for his career. He is known for his ability to prioritize tasks, motivate team members, and engage with individuals at all levels within an organization. As an auditor, Greg has worked across a wide range of industries, from Health Care and Manufacturing/Construction to Hospitality and Not-for-Profit sectors, bringing valuable experience in partnership/LLC accounting, SOX compliance, internal audit, and investment company accounting. Greg has earned two degrees at Rhodes College, being one of five in the first Masters of Accountancy class. He is actively involved in his community and has enjoyed coaching youth baseball in Millington since 2002. In addition to his coaching endeavors, Greg has served as a member of the Millington Board of Education and has also shared his knowledge by teaching classes at both the University of Memphis (U of M) and Christian Brothers University (CBU).
