Jennifer Minnis joined HHM CPAs in 2025 as a Supervisor in the Memphis office. With over 10 years of experience in public accounting, primarily with Big 4 firms, she leads audit engagements, ensures compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and manages client relationships. Jennifer specializes in employee benefit plans, manufacturing, single audits, and the sports and entertainment industry, bringing a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail. Before joining HHM, Jennifer was a Senior Audit Associate at regional and global firms, where she developed expertise in managing financial audits, creating audit strategies, and ensuring regulatory compliance. She has extensive experience across various industries, including not-for-profit organizations, and continues to stay current with industry trends through professional affiliations with the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA), AICPA, and TSCPA. Jennifer earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Accounting from Murray State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and defines success as achieving goals that align with her values, building meaningful relationships, and maintaining a balanced life. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, attending concerts and comedy shows, traveling, and enjoying good food, music, and laughter. She is passionate about community involvement and cherishes quality time with family and friends.
