Kim Cooley joined HHM in 2001 as a proofreader for the firm. Over the years, she wore many hats before finally settling in as HHM Communications Director in 2006. At the same time, she embarked on a new challenge as Administrative Assistant to Travis Horton and enjoys working directly with clients to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed promptly. She also assists other partners as needed to ensure client service excellence. Kim coordinates the firm participation in community and charitable events; assists clients with personnel placement issues; aids in the recruitment of new staff for the firm; and plans and executes the firm fun stuff – such as the annual holiday gala, summer party for the firm family, the Freight Depot Chili Cook-Off, etc. She has found her most rewarding work with the firm Dealership Services Group and is very active with Auto Team America (ATA), coordinating and executing ATA CEO/CFO forum at the NADA convention each year. Kim enjoys acting as the liaison for the firm with state automobile associations of which HHM is a member.
