Rylee Arp joined HHM CPAs as a staff accountant in 2025 after completing a fall internship and participating in the firm’s HHM Experience program. In her role, Rylee assists with and prepares a variety of tax projects, leveraging her keen attention to detail and strong desire to learn. Before joining HHM, Rylee worked in banking, where she developed a passion for finance and helping people achieve their financial goals. This experience led her to pursue a career in accounting, returning to school to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Western Governors University. She is also pursuing a graduate degree and plans to sit for the CPA exam in the near future.
Rylee enjoys volunteering and has been involved in community service through various projects, including her time as President of the Early Childhood Education Club at Cleveland State. When not working, Rylee enjoys spending time with her family, crafting (especially knitting), and exploring new restaurants in the Chattanooga area.
