HHM CPAs Adds Tax Director

HHM Certified Public Accountants has added Lee Ferguson to its leadership team as tax director.

Lee Ferguson brings more than 17 years of public accounting experience to the firm. Ferguson will concentrate primarily on providing specialized accounting, tax, and consulting services to clients. He will also provide an array of tax and accounting services to his clients including tax consulting/preparation, buy/sell due diligence, accounting process implementation, cash flow analysis, purchase price allocation assistance, and other consulting services.

Lee has been a guest presenter for accounting related topics including speaking at the National Independent Automobile Dealers Association (NIADA) Annual Convention and NIADA webinars. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Springfield with a bachelor’s degree in accountancy.
