Our Memphis Story

HHM CPAs has steadily expanded its presence in the Bluff City through intentional growth, strong client relationships, and the addition of respected local firms and professionals who share our commitment to serving the Mid-South business community.

HHM opened its first Memphis office in December 2015 when CPA Darrin Yoder joined the firm, allowing him to continue serving Memphis-area clients while bringing HHM’s broader resources to the region.

Shortly after, three managers from the Chattanooga office joined the Memphis team, strengthening audit and tax capabilities and supporting the office’s rapid expansion.

In August 2017, HHM welcomed Brundige Payne & Co., a respected Memphis firm founded in 1977. Their partners and staff continued their roles at HHM, enhancing the firm’s depth in tax, audit, and client advisory services.

Later that fall, HHM relocated its Memphis operations to its permanent home at 1755 Kirby Parkway, following the firm’s purchase of the Kirby Centre—where the office continues to grow today.

On October 1, 2018, HHM welcomed the team from Grisham, Wildman & Work, led by Dave Wildman and Jerry Grisham, who brought more than 25 years of specialized dealership industry experience. Their team  integrated into HHM, adding depth to our nationally recognized dealership practice and strengthening relationships with clients locally and across the country.
